Delete your Perioskoup account

You can delete your Perioskoup account and its data at any time. Use the app if you still have it installed — otherwise delete it straight from this page.

1. Delete in the app — fastest

Open Perioskoup and go to Account → Delete account. This is available to every signed-in user. Once you confirm, the deletion runs immediately — there is no waiting period and no need to contact us.

2. Delete from this page — no app needed

Use this if you've uninstalled the app or can't sign in. We email an 8-character code to confirm the address is yours, and the account is deleted the moment you enter it.

3. What happens to your data

4. What we have to keep

Billing and fiscal records are retained for up to 10 years, as Romanian fiscal law requires. These records are kept for accounting purposes only and are not used to identify you as a Perioskoup user after deletion.

5. Records uploaded by your dental clinic

Clinical records that your dental clinic created or uploaded belong to that clinic: for its own clinical records, your clinic — not Perioskoup — is the data controller. Deletion requests for those records go to your clinic, and if you send such a request to us we forward it to them.
